By accessing DHSES LMS (Learning Management System), I represent the following: I am an Authorized User who has been granted access to DHSES LMS by the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES).
I understand that:

• I may access DHSES LMS only to perform or assist in a lawful and authorized governmental function of the agency of which I am an Administrator, Officer, Employee,Instructor or Contractor.


• I may not disclose any information obtained directly or indirectly as a result of the use of DHSES LMS or the methods for accessing such information to any person or entity for purposes other than the lawful and authorized governmental function of the agency of which I am an Officer, Administrator, Employee, Instructor or Contractor.


• All information recorded on the DHSES LMS system is subject to New York State Public Officers Law § 84 et seq., the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL). All use and access shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations of the State of New York.
